One of the things would have been to have a 2-hour minimum instead of 4, which I just didn't need. I like Jacky, the owner, a whole bunch. She was fantastic, but the caregiver that came over was not as good. They took care of me after I had just had surgery. They seemed to be trustworthy, caring, and helpful.
