One of the things would have been to have a 2-hour minimum instead of 4, which I just didn't need. I like Jacky, the owner, a whole bunch. She was fantastic, but the caregiver that came over was not as good. They took care of me after I had just had surgery. They seemed to be trustworthy, caring, and helpful. Everyone at From The Heart Elder Care is easy to deal with. The care they give my mother is amazing. I would highly reccommend this heart felt agency to any one who wants honesty, trustworthy and kind employees. We are currently using From the Heart Elder Care for my wife.

They need to hire more people because I waited for their services. You will make $10 until the day you leave the company. Never have anyone to fill in if you need off. They promise a one year bonus that you never get.
